The ZSY series reducers belong to the category of hard-toothed cylindrical gear reducers, featuring a three-stage helical gear transmission design. They are characterized by high load capacity, long service life and low noise. Structural characteristics
1. Hard-toothed gear
The gears are made of 0CrMnTi alloy steel and undergo carburizing, quenching and precision gear grinding processes. The hardness of the tooth surface reaches HRC58-62, with strong impact resistance and a service life of over 10 years.
2. Modular design
The box body is made of cast iron (HT250) or cast steel (ZG270-500) structure. The split design is convenient for installation and maintenance and can be adapted to various motors or hydraulic motors.
3. Transmission smoothness
Helical gear transmission, with high overlap, low vibration and noise below 75dB (A).
4. Diversified installation methods
It supports base installation, flange installation and torque arm installation, adapting to different working conditions.
