Product Introduction
I. Structural Composition
1. Box body
Cast iron or welded structure, with separate box design (usually upper and lower split type), which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
It is equipped with an oil level check hole, a vent plug and an oil drain hole to ensure lubrication and heat dissipation.
2. Gear
Hard tooth surface design: The gears are made of alloy steel such as 20CrMnTi and carburized and quenched, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62, featuring strong wear resistance.
Helical gear transmission: Both stages of transmission use helical gears to enhance transmission smoothness and reduce noise.
3. Shafts and Bearings
The input shaft, intermediate shaft and output shaft are all made of high-strength alloy steel (such as 42CrMo) and quenched and tempered.
The bearings are selected as tapered roller bearings or cylindrical roller bearings, supporting heavy loads and withstanding axial forces.
4. Sealing
The input/output terminals adopt skeleton oil seals or labyrinth seals to prevent oil leakage.
Second, Application scenarios
- Heavy industry: mining machinery, belt conveyors, ball mills.
- General machinery: Mixing equipment, extruders, winches.
- Energy field: Wind power yaw/pitch drive, pump units.
Iii. Standards and Certifications
- National standard basis: JB/T 8853-2001 "Hard-toothed Cylindrical Gear Reducers".
- Protection grade: IP55 (dust-proof and water-resistant), IP65 customization is optional.
